See You When I See You
Okay, so I’ll just get right into it. I have writer’s block and no ideas about what to write. I’ve searched for inspiration and content to use in a blog post but have found nothing. The fact that it’s a new year doesn’t help, especially since I’ve resolved to post blogs consistently for others to enjoy. I love writing, but I just can’t seem to find anything to say. It feels like everything’s already been said, everything’s already been written. Plus, does anyone even read blogs anymore?
Lately, I’ve been getting into writing short stories and making videos, and I think my creative energy runs low by the time I get around to putting pen to paper for a blog. Is it better to focus on one thing at a time before moving on to the next? Or is it more productive to juggle multiple projects and bring them all to fruition? I’ve been contemplating this for a while now.
With the start of the new year, there are goals I want to accomplish and a vision of success I hope to achieve. But how can I do that if I can’t even write a single blog post? I know this feeling won’t last forever. I know that, in time, I’ll be filled with wonderfully introspective and lively writings and musings again.
For now, I’ll give what I can and not regret what I can’t. This isn’t goodbye. This is “see you later.” Have no fear—she’s not gone, she’s not forgotten, she’s right here. Still creating. Still writing. Still loving. Still sharing. Just in different ways and at varying frequencies.
I love you. Seriously, I do.
Peace!
